Taste wise, the macaroni and cheese is not the best tasting and it sure does not win any contests. This is one of those products that you wonder why the heck did I purchase it? The thing tastes like an alien version of macaroni and cheese and the cheese is anything but appetizing, in fact it would resemble something that you would concoct in a lab experiment.

In terms of health, this will not win any marks there as well. If you want the real deal, head out to a restaurant or better yet make it yourself.
